What is the standard shipping timeframe for Gozney ovens?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your oven leaves our warehouse.
Can I use my Gozney oven indoors?
Gozney outdoor ovens (such as the Roccbox and Dome) are designed for outdoor use only. They must be used in a well-ventilated outdoor space to ensure safety and proper performance.
What is your return policy for unused products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Do Gozney ovens come with a warranty?
Yes, our ovens come with a standard 1-year warranty that can be extended to 5 years if you register your product on the Gozney website within 60 days of purchase.
What fuel types can I use with the Gozney Dome?
The Gozney Dome is available as a wood-fired oven or a dual-fuel model. Dual-fuel models allow you to switch easily between kiln-dried wood and bottled propane gas for ultimate convenience.
